Every project is unique, and the first client meeting is offered free of charge to discuss expectations - your exact requirements, the size of the project, timeframe, budget and the level of my services required.

My fee structure is based on an hourly rate, and usually, unless another format is agreed , an initial Fee Estimate would be prepared and presented following the first meeting and taking a full project brief.

The Fee Estimate is not guaranteed and is subject to changes to brief and other elements of the project - however I do my best to provide a realistic estimate from the outset, explaining the stages of the project, and possible variations.

There are three different hourly rates, which are discussed and agreed with the Client prior to the start of the project:

• Design consultancy & project overseeing

• Drawing, AutoCAD drafting & technical drawings

• Admin & client meetings

My travel time is free of charge within 45 minute drive radius.

Design Naturally is VAT registered, so a current VAT rate of 20% is applicable to the fees.
